How It Works
From Employee Card Creation to Signed Documents
Employee Card Creation
HR manager creates a new employee card in the EIRA system and generates a unique link to the HR questionnaire.
Sending Link to New Employee
Employee receives an email with a link to the online HR questionnaire with their unique identifier.
Questionnaire Completion by Employee
Employee fills out required personal information, contacts, bank details and other information through an intuitive guide. Simultaneously uploads required attachments (language certificates, deduction confirmations, food handler's card, etc.).
Automatic Data Transfer to EIRA
After confirmation, data is immediately transferred to the EIRA system, where all required employee attributes are filled and uploaded attachments are attached. HR manager receives completion notification.
Automatic Document Generation
System automatically fills prepared HR questionnaire template and labor-legal documents. Subsequently generates PDF document in the background with fields for electronic signature.
Electronic Signature via eSigno
Document is automatically sent for electronic signature through eSigno. Employee can sign using SMS code or on tablet with electronic pen.
Return of Signed Document
After signing, document automatically returns to the EIRA system. Everything is ready for employee start and HR manager can generate other necessary documents.
